Sooo this is day six already, I did not have time at all to write my blog entries for day four and day five but I´m really working out and keeping an eye on my target :D
As you can remember I started off with a weight of 176,15 pounds on day one and noooow I have already reached 173,72 which is not that much of a weight loss but still I am proud of it!

My meals of the last few days were mostly salad with prawns, tomato, mozzarella, olives and some other things because I really need some variety :D

Also I´m now dancing everyday, because my prom finally takes place next fridaaaay - one more thing I am very excitet about and one of my reasons to really lose weight!

I need to skimp because it´s half past ten pm already and I am too tired to write some more about my weight loss program :D



Good morning sweethearts!

This is day three and unfortunately I don´t have good news today because I did not lose any weight yesterday. It makes me feel really uncomfortable especially because I overslept today and did not have time to do my first workout.
So now on day three my weight is 175,26 pounds which is not too great but I´m not giving up and hopefully I will lose some more weight today!

Todays food:
Breakfast: cereals with milk
Lunch: one or two pieces of crispbread, an apple, a kaki
Dinner: maybe some prawns (not quite sure yet :3)

Let´s see what today will bring because school is really stressing me atm...

This is my blog entry NUMBEEER TWO about the weight loss program I am working on right now!
So as you might remember yesterday I was about 176,15 pounds and I was really happy when I saw that I am only 174,60 pounds today which means that I already lost 1,55 pounds! YES!

I know that I have only lost some water yet but because I´m also trying to gain more muscle mass at the same time so this is totally okay with me :3

Here´s what I ate today:
It´s sunday so for breakfast I had two rolls with boiled ham, some apple and half a kiwi.
Also, just for your information if you are not watching the videos, I started to only drink water or water with some lemonjuice (pure with no sugar added!) which is way better than normal water and still has nearly no calories.
For lunch today I had some light yogurt (without any sugar added, just normal yogurt) and an apple again.
Finally for dinner I had some chicken and vegetables but NO potatoes because I´m not eating carbs... Well to be honest I had some peas and corn. Hopefully this will not have a too big impact on what I´m doing!

Still I did my workout just like yesterday but I didn´t find time or possibility to really do my cardio training today which means today was not too successful but - I will find out about that tomorrow ;D

Hey sweethearts!

After a long time I decided to FINALLY start blogging again. It´s been a while because I had quite a busy time and nothing really special to write a blog entry about buuuut now finally there´s something quite exciting going on.

Because I´m not feeling comfortable about my weight which is about 176,15 pounds at the moment, I am starting off with a work out kind of thing and some change in my eating habits today. To be honest I don´t feel to good about it because I am really afraid of not being able to really do this and keep working on it. The program I´m working on is "How to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks", I will post the link below for each of you who want to do it too.

So this is the first day of my work out and I´m now starting with 100 sit-ups, hopefully around 50 push-ups and some squats and I will do that at least one but better two times a day. Also I´m changing my eating habits as said before which at the time means that first of all I´m having a breakfast with milk or yogurt and some kind of cereals (I will take different kinds of cereals to make sure I won´t get bored!). For lunch I will try to eat salad and maybe some meat everyday, which I already tried some time ago and I don´t think that I will have too many problems with that. For dinner I will try to really cut out carbs because your body is not able to digest them at night and eating carbs too late will make you fat but I guess everyone knows about that already :D

So starting off with 176,15 pounds I will now try to reach 166 pounds BUT I´m also happy if I´m only loosing about 4 pounds which would be absolutely perfect!

Hello sweethearts :D

This is my third entry and again I´m just super excited about this <3

The last weeks were super thrilling and I did not even have a single minute to write an entry so now I´m gonna try to tell you about those last weeks ^__^ I had some quite nice holidays but not a single minute left to learn ;D

First of all I went to Vienna (on the 1st of April) just for fun because I wanted to do some shopping, hoping I would find some clothing for a party I went to (on the 7th of April :D). I watched "The Woman In Black" and I went bowling with an old and some new friends ^__^ On Monday I had fun going shopping with my sister and I bought a new black summer dress and a nice violet and black shirt. I also bought myself some new eyeshadow and also a new blush by Catrice.

The following week was quite nice because I spent nearly every minute with my sister and one day with my mother who got her hair dyed in a reeeeaally nice reddish tone.

On Saturday (after work of course) I went to Vienna for the party I wanted to go to. At first it was not so nice but then I met some cool new people, danced and had a lot of fun! On Monday we had dinner at a Greek restaurant which is not too far away from my place and on Tuesday my sister, my mother and me went to a therm <3

So no fiiiinally I can tell you about this weekend which was really great ^__^ On Saturday I went to Munich with my sister and two of my best friends were we went to my first Gyaru Meet Up <3 We met so many new people and I would definitely call them new friends of mine <3 I have never felt as comfortable at a meet up as yesterday <3 (I can´t stop writing hearts :D)

I bought this nail polish yesterday at "Douglas" in Munich. It´s by NYX and the color is called "Sea of Cortez" <3

The last few days...

Sooo first of all sorry for my stupid first post but it was reeeally hard to figure out what to write because I wanted to make it just perfect ;D

Right after I had posted my blog address on facebook I got some little make up requests I really want to do this week ^__^ The first one was a quite nice one because it only took me about 10 minutes BUT if I worked on it for longer I guess it would definitely look better ^_^

The make up was found in a 9gag post:


I did the pomegranate make up and I guess it looks quite nice ;D of course it would have been better with the pomegranate ^__^ the picture is riiiight on the top because I could not manage to get it down here ;D

How to do it:

First of all apply some base just as you do when doing your everyday make up ^^, then you need to put some light pink or light red eyeshadow on the upper and lower eyelid, concentrate on the inner corner of your eyelid. And now you can start: Take a bright red lipliner and draw some dots, don´t do them too even but try to make it look more expressive ;D.. as you see in my picture, I let it end at the outer corners of my eye because you cannot really see the end on the picture and I guess it looks quite nice that way. In the end you will need your red lipliner again, contour your lips and fill the space with red lipstick, maybe you can also put some white eyeshadow on the middle of your lips and finish with some gloss ^^.. So now that you are done with most of the make up you will just need to put on some blush to make your face look a little bit thinner and angular (and let the make up look even more intense) ^___^

And yesterday I was in Vienna where I had an amazing day at the "Donauinsel" and had some Bubbletea at "Stephansplatz".. The weather was just great and I really enjoyed it <3

My name is Yu and I live in Wels (Upper Austria). I am 17 years old and I am a student at BG/BRG Dr. Schauerstraße ^__^ It is not that easy all the time but I really like my school and enjoy learning new things
Talking about my hobbies first of all I have to tell you that I have lots of them but my favourite hobbies are singing, dancing, theatre, reading and writing stories ^__^

What I want to write about in this blog is fashion, my life and things that touch me. Of course sometimes it will be a bit like a diary but I will also write about more serious topics ^^
